So far 40 lbs down and many inches! I’m one of those that due to a stomach virus it hurt to eat for two weeks so I subsisted on average of six saltine crackers and part of a 20 oz sprite and didn’t loose any weight during that time。 Still went to work and did everything but was so disappointed that I couldn’t even loose when I couldn’t eat。I have shared the recipes with my children and didn’t tell them they were keto, just a good recipe and they loved them! One thing I miss is Sushi but the Gold Star Sushi scratches that itch and no more cravings for Sushi!I was missing my hamburgers but with the Big Mama Chaffles Burgers, I miss nothing anymore! All the recipes are excellent and now have so many great recipes for the zucchini I have growing in the garden。 I am trying to grow what I eat and eat just what I grow because I know my veggies are safe and healthy and really fresh! If you have picky eaters, this book will give you great recipes and all you have to do is make them but don’t tell whomever is joining you, if anyone is ( you can save all the deliciousness for yourself!) that it’s Keto and they will never know。 One of my all time favorites though is the Orange Crush Chicken! Talk about a flavor explosion in your mouth to get you to your happy place then you will be talking about this! I have all of Stephanie's cookbooks and these have been a lifesaver for me。 Her newest book, Dirty, Lazy, Keto 5 Ingredient Cookbook is wonderful。 I love how she lays out the Index with a key to identify the recipes by no cooking, less mess, picky eaters, fancy enough for guests and vegetarian-ish!
